INSPIRATION

Hitayu Ayurveda was inspired by two great ayurvedic vaidyas of 20th Century late: Vaidya Ramakrishnayya and late Pandith Taranath. Vaidya Ramakrishnayya was a dedicated & gifted ayurveda doctor who treated thousands of patients for about 40 years without charging any money to them. Pandith Taranath was also a great personality in Ayurveda. Eventhough he was trained as an Allopathic doctor initially. he turned into Ayurveda, went to the Himalayas and came back, established his ashram Premayatana on the banks of river Tungabhadra, served through Ayurveda, and taught many disciples. These two people and their valuable service & experience are the guiding spirit behind Hitayu Ayurveda.
Dr. Shiva Kumar has already published a book in 2002 for the first time in Kannada written by Late Vaidya RamaKrishnayya, in the last century. Vaidya Ramakrishnayya had written ‘Ayurvedasara’ in total of 4 volumes among which 3 volumes has been published the 4th volume is pending for publication.
